WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL necessary servicing, repair, or correction.  

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.  

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC DIGITAL PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.  

5. Intellectual Property Rights; Limited License

The Digital Products, including the training presentations and template documents, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, are owned by our company or our licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Digital Products for your personal or internal business use only.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Digital Products, except as expressly permitted by this limited license. You may not resell, license, or otherwise commercialize the Digital Products or any part thereof.  

Our company's name, logos, and the names of the Digital Products are trademarks of our company. You may not use such trademarks without our prior written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software and hardware to access and use the Digital Products. You are also responsible for implementing appropriate security measures to protect your systems and data when using the Digital Products.  

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
