VALIDOGEN is a specialized CRO focused exclusively on recombinant protein expression in Pichia pastoris (Komagataella phaffii) using its proprietary UNLOCK PICHIA platform. Services include expression feasibility studies, high-performance production strain generation, fermentation process development, protein purification optimization, and technology transfer to client facilities or CMOs. The UNLOCK PICHIA toolbox includes proprietary methanol-inducible and methanol-free promoter variants, novel secretion signals (developed in collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim), platform strains, helper factors, and antimicrobial resistance marker-free (ARMs-free) strains for food and feed applications. Published case studies demonstrate 31 g/L VHH antibody fragment titers and 22 g/L phytase titers, with methanol-free processes scaled to 100,000L commercial bioreactors.
