BUSINESS
Samyang Corporation is a Seoul-based food, specialty ingredients, and chemicals operating subsidiary of Samyang Holdings (Samyang Group, founded 1924). Product lines include sugar, starches, starch sweeteners, flour, edible oils, engineering plastics, and a specialty ingredients portfolio anchored by allulose (Nexweet brand), kestose, and resistant dextrin. In September 2024 it commissioned a 105 million USD Specialty Plant in Ulsan with approximately 13,000 tons per year of allulose capacity, the largest in Korea.
