Its primary commercialized product is Acryleast, a baker's yeast licensed to Kerry Group (and Orkla Food Ingredients as Acrylow in Scandinavia) that reduces acrylamide formation in baked goods. The company has also commercialized hydrogen sulfide-preventing yeast strains for the wine and beer industry. More recently, the company has expanded into yeast-based oral RNA delivery technology for animal health, biopesticides, and aquaculture, with patents granted in multiple jurisdictions including China.
