BUSINESS
Quorn is the world's largest producer of mycoprotein, sold under the Quorn brand in retail and foodservice across approximately 14 countries with over 100 products. Marlow Foods has been wholly owned since 2015 by Philippines-based Monde Nissin Corporation, which acquired the business for £550 million; in 2023 the parent took a non-cash impairment charge of approximately $370 million and Marlow Foods reported a pre-tax loss of £63.4 million on revenue declining 7% to just under £205 million. Recent activity includes the 2023 launch of B2B division Marlow Ingredients to supply mycoprotein to other food manufacturers
